Szybkie wzmacniacze operacyjne rodziny XR805x, wprowadzone w ostatnim czasie do oferty firmy Exar, mogą stanowić zamienniki dla wzmacniaczy z oferty Analog Devices: jednokanałowego AD8051, dwukanałowego AD8052 i czterokanałowego AD8054.

Mają szersze pasmo przenoszenia (175 MHz w porównaniu do 110...150 MHz) i mniejszy pobór mocy. Są oferowane w obudowach o identycznym rozmieszczeniu wyprowadzeń. Mogą pracować z pojedynczym lub podwójnym napięciem zasilania z zakresu do ±6 V i +2,7...+12 V pobierając 2,6 mA prądu na kanał. Wejściowe napięcie sumacyjne może być niższe do 300 mV od poziomu napięcia na ujemnym wejściu zasilającym.

Wzmacniacze XR8051/52/54 mają wyjście Rail-to-Rail o szerokim zakresie dynamiki. Zapewniają skuteczne tłumienie przydźwięku sieci i wejściowych sygnałów sumacyjnych (PSRR 102 dB, CMRR 100 dB). Producent poleca je do zastosowań zwłaszcza w systemach dystrybucji sygnałów wideo.

  • pasmo 175 MHz (-3 dB) przy wzmocnieniu jednostkowym;
  • slew-rate 190 V/µs;
  • różnicowy błąd wzmocnienia/fazy 0,03%/0,03°;
  • wydajność prądowa 100 mA;
  • wzmocnienie z otwartą pętlą 92 dB.

Sugerowane ceny hurtowe XR8051/52/54 wynoszą od 0,69 USD za wersję jednokanałową do 1,34 USD za wersję 4-kanałową przy zamówieniu 1000 sztuk.

Amazon launches biggest wind farm yet

Apple plans on selling lower priced models with iPhone X features

According to a report published in China, Apple will be using some of the technology found in this year's Apple iPhone X on next year's models that are rumored to have code names of Lisbon and Hangzhou. The report says that Apple is concerned about its market share in China, and believes that by offering many iPhone X features in a lower priced phone, it can help it recapture market share in the country. Another website in Japan, Macotakara, expects the lower-end model would get a 10,000 yen ($90 USD) hair cut from this year's pricing. Intel and Amazon partner on voice recognition tech

Intel and Amazon are partnering to combine the former's silicon and smarts with the latter's Alexa voice platform. The chipmaker has introduced the Intel Speech Enabling Developer Kit to provide a "complete audio front-end solution for far-field voice control". The idea is that Intel has done the hard work of designing the mic arrays and voice systems and that all developers will need to do is write applications for them. It offers algorithms for echo cancellation and beam forming, wake words, an 8-mic array and the company's dual digital signal processor. The development kit is up for pre-order starting today for $399. Graphics card vendors upbeat about crytocurrency mining
